Project Permit, the Florida permit tagging program sponsored by Costa, is coming to the end of its second year of tagging efforts. The top two taggers (most fish tagged) from April 2011 – March 2012 will receive their choice of Costa sunglasses. To be included, all data must be reported by March 31st.
