This signature event will bring together anglers, conservationists, and industry leaders to celebrate the shared flats fishery that transcends international borders and support BTT’s science-based efforts to protect and restore the coastal habitats that sustain it.
This year’s event celebrates “Restoration and Recovery” in The Bahamas, marking the significant progress in restoring natural resources and helping local communities recover in the years since Hurricane Dorian. BTT will honor former NBCUniversal CEO Steve Burke and Gretchen Burke for their angling passions and commitment to rebuilding Grand Bahama’s East End following the storm. The Burkes will be joined in the spotlight by eight Bahamian fishing guides who will receive BTT’s Flats Stewardship Award in recognition of their tireless commitment to mangrove restoration and natural resource conservation.
The evening will feature a compelling conservation program and one of the premier auctions in the sportfishing industry, with world-class angling destinations, exclusive experiences, fine art, and top-tier gear—all benefiting BTT’s mission to conserve bonefish, tarpon, and permit fisheries in the United States, The Bahamas, Belize, and Mexico.
