ICAST 2026 was one for the books! The world’s largest sportfishing trade show gave Bonefish & Tarpon Trust the chance to meet with conservation partners old and new, including Simms, Yamaha, Magic Tilt, Chittum, YETI, Costa, Free Fly, Bajio, Turtlebox, Waypoint TV, Shimano, Danco, Marquesa Marine, and many, many more.
The BTT booth featured the Floyd Skiff 5 WT, the grand prize of this summer’s Ultimate Flats Boat Sweepstakes. We were thrilled to announce the winner of the Sweepstakes’ second prize-pack at our annual BTT happy hour fundraiser hosted by longtime partner Simms, with custom BTT drinkware donated by YETI. Rob Fordyce joined BTT for a meet and greet and discussion of his upcoming show, The SeaHunter Unleashed, and BTT’s shark depredation research.
BTT President and CEO Jim McDuffie enjoyed visiting with the Hon. Zane Lightbourne, Bahamas Minister of the Environment and Natural Resources, and other representatives of the Ministry, BFFIA, and the Bahamas Bonefish Tournament Series.
